The night of training at the automotive and industrial supplier Schaeffler in Schweinfurt is back. Not quite in the usual way with personal closeness and direct exchange - but digital and interactive. On Thursday, October 21, those interested can ask questions, follow lectures and much more in a digital training world.

To take part in the “Digital Night of Training” at the Schaeffler Training Center in Schweinfurt, participants only need a digital device. Whether PC, tablet or smartphone: after registering at www.ausbildung-bei-schaeffler.de and selecting the Schweinfurt event, all digital doors will be open on October 21 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Apprentices and dual students share experiences

"Even in these special times, we would like to inspire young people to take up training in our company and look forward to a lively exchange with parents and future trainees," says Uwe Geisel, Head of Training at Schaeffler in Schweinfurt.

The aim of the event is to give deeper insights into the world of training and the new Schaeffler training center, even in times of pandemic. A wide variety of live team sessions are offered to make this possible. Interested parties can get in touch with trainees and trainees via chat or audio or video conference.

Furthermore, videos and other multimedia content give impressions of the work areas and the specific training opportunities at one of the largest training companies in the region.

Schaeffler is currently training more than 1,200 young people in Germany as part of initial training. The technology company offers 22 industrial-technical or commercial apprenticeships nationwide as well as the possibility of 18 different dual courses of study.
