NRB Bearings to pay dividend

NRB Bearings announced that dividend on Equity shares recommended, if approved by the Shareholders of the Company, shall be paid on or before 20 August, 2018 to those shareholders who are holding Physical shares whose names appearing in the Register of Members beneficiary position as on 9 August, 2018 and for the shareholders who are holding the shares in demat form whose names appear in the Register of Members beneficiary position as on 31 July, 2018.
