Menon Bearings slips 9% as Q4 profit declines 11% to Rs 5 crore

Shares of Menon Bearings slipped 9 percent intraday Thursday as company reported poor numbers in the quarter ended March 2018.
The company's Q4 net profit declined 11.3 percent at Rs 5.11 crore against Rs 5.8 crore in the same quarter last fiscal.
Meanwhile, revenue of the company increased by 21.9% at Rs 38.7 crore versus Rs 31.7 crore.
The company considered the recommendation of final dividend at 25 paise per equity share of Re 1 each for the financial year 2017-18.

At 13:38 hrs Menon Bearings was quoting at Rs 106, down Rs 8.25, or 7.22 percent on the BSE.
