Integration of the Domestic Aftermarket Business and Name Change of NTN Bearing Service Corporation

NTN Corporation (hereafter, NTN) integrates aftermarket business sales offices in Japan with NTN Bearing Service Co., Ltd., its consolidated subsidiary, on April 1, 2018 with the aim of strengthening sales in the aftermarket business in Japan. Accordingly, the company name NTN Bearing Service Co., Ltd. is changed to “NTN Sales Japan Corporation.”

Sales in the aftermarket business in Japan had been covered by two contacts, NTN and NTN Bearing Service Co., Ltd. until now. The business integration the sales contacts will be covered solely by NTN Sales Japan Corporation. Consolidation of information and management will help improve customer service and speed as well as expand sales, and is aimed at increasing profits with more efficient business operations.
