Notice Regarding Settlement of Class-action Lawsuits in Canada concerning Small-sized Ball Bearings

With regard to the press release titled "Regarding a Lawsuit Filed against Minebea" dated February 23, 2015, class-action lawsuits concerning small-sized ball bearings were brought against MinebeaMitsumi Inc. (formerly Minebea Co. Ltd.) ("MinebeaMitsumi") in the Canadian provinces of Quebec, Ontario and British Columbia. MinebeaMitsumi hereby announces that, on March 2, 2018, it reached a settlement with the plaintiffs of the lawsuits. The settlement amount is 1.5 million Canadian dollars (approximately 130 million yen).

There is no effect by this settlement on the consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2018.
