Jupiter Law, CAM on JTEKT Corp’s acquisition of stake in Sona Koyo for 420 crore

JTEKT Corporation, an existing shareholder of Sona Koyo Steering Systems Limited (SKSSL), has entered into an agreement to acquire the 25.12% stake presently held by Sona Group in SKSSL for a total consideration of Rs. 419.28 crore.
